Veeco Wyko NT 3300 profile analysis system is a non-contact optical profilometer. It uses two techniques to measure various surface heights. The phase-shifting interferometer (PSI) can measure smooth surfaces and small steps, while the vertical scanning interferometer (VSI) can measure rough surfaces and steps up to several millimeters high.
